b. We reserve the right to change the pricing for
any chargeable service or feature on ozrvsales.com.au
at any time. If you are unhappy with a change of pricing,
you are entitled to discontinue your use of ozrvsales.com.au
or cancel your membership in accordance with the ozrvsales.com.au
terms of service.
c. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the pricing
for use of any chargeable service or feature on ozrvsales.com.au
will be stated GST inclusive. Where GST applies, we
will deduct the GST we incur from each payment and
will issue you with a tax invoice. The balance of
the payment will be credited to your account.
d. While we use reasonable endeavours to ensure that
ozrvsales.com.au is available 24 hours a day, we do
not make any representations or warranties that your
access will be uninterrupted or error free. Access
to ozrvsales.com.au may be suspended temporarily without
notice in the case of system failure, maintenance
or repair or any reason beyond our control.

in part any time.

details. You are wholly responsible for all activities

and password. You agree to immediately notify ozrvsales.com.au

name or password. You must ensure that you exit from
your ozrvsales.com.au account at the end of each session.

any other means, content that is unlawful, obscene,
defamatory, indecent, offensive or inappropriate,
is false or misleading in any way, infringes the rights
of any third party, you do not have a right to make
available under any law or contractual obligation,
contains viruses, or other computer codes, files or
programs designed to interrupt, limit or destroy the
functionality of other computer software or hardware.
You are solely responsible for content that you transmit
or post on ozrvsales.com.au, or otherwise transmit
to any member of ozrvsales.com.au by any other means.
Intellectual Property
We own and retain all proprietary rights in and relating

and are not under our control. We do not accept any
responsibility for the contents of any such hyperlink
or linked website.
Transaction Currency
All prices listed on this site and associated fees
are in Australian dollars: all online transactions
will be charged in accordance to our transaction currency
AUD.
Refund Policy
Our policy is that we give refunds only if our records
indicate billing errors or if for some other reason
you have been incorrectly charged. You will not, however,
be eligible for a refund if we removed your advertisement
because it was offensive or innapropriate, if we took
down your advertisement because you requested it,
or if the site was down for some or all of the time
that your advertisement was supposed to run. Deletion
or ammendments of advertisements placed on ozrvsales.com.au
lie entirely with the discretion of the administration
team. If we feel your advertisement does not comply
to our guidelines it may be removed at any time, without
notice, and without refund.
